Arhitectual stone Starac
Cut stone slabs are a product of free dimensions created by cutting stone blocks using machines called gangsaw.
After cutting, the panels are delivered to customers untreated or with one of the above surface treatments: polished, hammered, sanded and sandblasted.
Also, our further processing and cutting to size results in finished products such as floor or facade panels, benches, treads, etc.

STARAC d.o.o. can boast of many years of experience in the stone sector; over the years it has evolved through the development and consolidation of new, highly specialized techniques aimed at processing each individual material, improving solutions capable of reducing the loss of time and material.
Our service and product is a stone block repair process, which we do in such a way that with the application of vacuum techniques, epoxy resin penetrates the block through the cracks and fills all the defects. The goal is to minimize material wastage and prevent the breaking of blocks and boards during sawing.

Consolidation of the block using our vacuum system guarantees maximum cohesion of the material, thus obtaining all possible panels from the previously unusable block, and during the sawing phase it ensures the safety of the personnel and machines processing the block.
We work on three systems, which are chosen based on the type of fault present on the block.
We can process all kinds of natural materials, of any shape, up to a maximum of 30 tons.

Plano stone

Plano stone is characterized by its low porosity. Its low porosity allows it not to change its color despite external influences - primarily moisture. Thanks to its technical characteristics, it can be found in newer buildings around the world.

Regardless of whether the house is under construction or restoration and reconstruction, Plano stone offers unmatched beauty and uniqueness. In other words, it adds real value to your home. Regardless of where it is used, the stone is: unique, recognizable and unique.
Stone, unlike synthetic imitations, can be three-dimensional and used to make columns, fences, door frames, and even to make furniture.
If you use stone outdoors, it is superior to artificial-industrial materials and fits well into the environment.
If you want to use the stone for the facade - external use, we recommend processing: sanding, sandblasting, sandblasting and sanding, stucco and stucco + brushing.
For interior use, we recommend: polishing and sanding
